Eamon Smith

Eamon Smith serves as the managing principal of Wilfred Street Capital, LLC, an entity formed to pursue investment opportunities and provide advisory related services in hospitality and leisure, real estate, and energy industries.

Previously, Eamon was the managing director of real estate and one of four founding partners of Geller Capital Partners. At Gellar, he was responsible for the acquisition, financing, development and execution of capital investment programs on behalf of the firm and its investors. He also contributed directly to the financial evaluation of acquisition targets and directed go-forward modeling of assets and projects conceived to improve operational performance and valuation.

Eamon also held senior management positions at leading investment firms including Salt Creek Hospitality which was sponsored by Soros Private Equity, and Strategic Hotels & Resorts, (a platform previously traded on the NYSE under the ticker: BEE.) founded by Laurence Geller. At Strategic and Salt Creek, he directed the acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of properties in the U.S. and Europe with values exceeding $15.0 billion.

Eamon is a graduate of the Cornell Hotel School of Administration.
